Brian Foos is an entrepreneur and operating executive who helps startup founders scale proven technologies into durable businesses. As founder of Virgo Strategic, he works alongside CEOs on strategy, operating discipline, and high-stakes transactions.

Brian previously served as CFO & COO of pymetrics, guiding the company through rapid growth and its acquisition by Harver/Rubicon. He earlier led Financial Planning & Analysis at AppNexus, supporting global expansion and its sale to AT&T. He began his career at GE Capital in a rotational leadership program focused on M&A and corporate finance.

Across his career, Brian has led and advised on more than $350 million in growth financings, over $10 billion in M&A transactions, and multiple IPO registrations. He earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management and holds a degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
