Brian Foos is an entrepreneur and operator who helps founders scale proven technology into durable businesses. As founder of Virgo Strategic, he works alongside CEOs on strategy, operating discipline, and complex transactions. Earlier, he served as CFO/COO of pymetrics (exit to Harver/Rubicon), led FP&A at AppNexus (exit to AT&T), and held M&A and finance roles at GE Capital as part of a rotational leadership program. His transaction record includes $350M+ in growth capital, more than $10B M&A, and multiple IPO registrations. Brian earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management and his BS in Finance from the University of Florida.
