Earlier, he served as CFO/COO of pymetrics (exit to Harver/Rubicon), led FP&A at AppNexus (exit to AT&T), and held M&A and finance roles at GE Capital as part of a rotational leadership program. His transaction record includes $350M+ in growth capital, more than $10B M&A, and multiple IPO registrations. Brian earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management and his BS in Finance from the University of Florida.
